Yes! When you signup with ZenLord Pro, you’re automatically on our free plan. With our free plan you can: Collect rent, screen applicants, send work orders, and more!
On our Zen Plan, on top of all the features you get on the free plan, you’ll also be able to: message your tenants, add multiple bank accounts, download financial reports, and receive express ACH payouts! See our pricing page for more information.
Payment processing is free to the landlord. Tenants will pay the payment processing fee of: 4% when using credit/debit card. $3.99 when connecting their bank and paying via ACH. *The ACH fee is waived when the landlord is on our upgraded Zen Plan.
Yes! Available on our Zen Plan is a tenant communication feature. It allows you to message your tenants individually, or to create custom groups to send group messages.
Yes! Available on our Zen plan, you can add all of your bank accounts and assign them to the correct properties.
No. Each account can only be accessed by one login.
